What is the maximum loan amount?

We offer home loans from ₹5 Lakh to ₹10 Crore. LTV: 90% for loans ≤₹30L, 80% for ≤₹75L, 75% above ₹75L as per NHB guidelines.

How is the interest rate calculated?

Floating rates linked to RBI Repo Rate (EBLR). Fixed-rate options for 3–5 year initial periods. All on reducing balance.

What is PMAY and am I eligible?

PMAY offers subsidy up to ₹2.67L for first-time buyers. EWS/LIG get 6.5%; MIG-I gets 4%; MIG-II gets 3%. You must not own a pucca house. Contact RM to verify.

What documents are required?

Aadhaar + PAN (mandatory), 3 salary slips or 2 years ITR, 6–12 months bank statements, sale deed, RERA certificate, and NOC.

Can I prepay without penalty?

Yes. Per RBI/NHB rules, zero prepayment penalty on floating-rate home loans for individuals. Lump-sum or full foreclosure anytime.

How long does approval take?

Pre-approval: 24–72 hours. Full sanction + verification: 7–15 working days. Disbursement: 2–5 days after sanction letter.

What CIBIL score do I need?

Minimum 700 for salaried, 720 for self-employed. Scores 750+ attract the best rates. New-to-credit cases considered individually.

Can I apply jointly with my spouse?

Yes. Each co-borrower can claim ₹2L under Sec 24(b) and ₹1.5L under Sec 80C independently. Female co-applicants get 0.05% rate concession.
